Bharat Bhushan Joshi is a seasoned Principal Data Scientist with over 12 years of experience in the field. He is currently employed at Levelset, where he works as a Principal Applied Data Scientist. In his current role, Bharat is responsible for developing end-to-end data science solutions for data problems, such as record linkages (deduplication), data transformations, data profiling, rule, and machine-learning-based feature generation. He is driven by opportunities to explore new data and ownership to build data products. Before joining Levelset, Bharat worked as a Senior Data Scientist at InsideView, where he designed business rules and machine learning models for data integration, record linkage, and deduplication. He also designed and developed data cleansing, standardization, and validation pipelines, and created rules for data handling algorithms, prototyping, and rules validation. Additionally, Bharat was responsible for measuring and enhancing data quality. Bharat's previous experience also includes working as a Senior Analyst at Dolcera, where he was responsible for data modeling and handling extensive work on MS Excel. He also conducted competitive intelligence studies for internal and client products, analyzed emerging fields, and designed training modules. Bharat holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science. He also completed an Advanced Management Program in Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business.
