He was part of the 0-1 journey and scaled a team of 150 to 1200 in less than a year. Bharat also worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as the Lead of Analytics and Operations Hiring, where he was responsible for defining, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies and best practices in the industry to get a qualified candidate pool that supported the company's headcount expansion. Bharat holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Goa University and also attended XLRI Jamshedpur.
