Bharat Kashyap is a highly skilled software engineer with a passion for using technology for good. He is currently working at Samagra, a governance consulting firm that is leading education and agriculture reforms in some of India's largest states. In his role, Bharat is guiding the implementation of technology initiatives in the government sector to enable real-time attendance and health-parameter data gathering for all students attending school during the Covid '19 pandemic. He is also building software platforms that enable the state's education department to maintain communication with students despite the pandemic. Bharat has worked on several key projects, including the development of technology policy and software architecture for the implementation of the school assessment framework as part of "Mission Prerna," the government's initiative to transform school education throughout the state of Uttar Pradesh. He has also worked on the development of software engineering to build the frontend and backend of the product for Turkbox, a reader revenue platform without paywalls. He was also involved in discussions with publications to pitch the product, discuss avenues of collaboration, conduct user research and contribute to the creation of the product roadmap. Bharat has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Thapar University, where he gained expertise in various technologies such as Javascript, Frontend, PHP, MongoDB, product management, Research Scientist, Backend, Data Warehouse, NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS, React Native, and Integration. He also attended Delhi Public School, where he studied Science in XI and XII. With 3.19 years of relevant experience, Bharat is a highly motivated and skilled software engineer who is passionate about using technology to make a positive impact on society. He is a quick learner and a team player who is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the desired results.
