He is currently working as the Director of Product Management at Arka Energy, where he leads the product management team and oversees the product strategy, roadmap, and launch plans. Bharat has a strong background in strategic product management and product launch decisions, product roadmaps, and translating market research into product programs. He has extensive experience in continuous engagement with R&D and Sales for roadmaps and prioritization. Before joining Arka Energy, Bharat worked as a Product Manager at Nextracker, Inc., a Flex Company, where he was responsible for developing and launching innovative products and managing the product lifecycle through the stage gate process. Bharat also worked as a Product Development Engineer (PV Structures) at SunEdison, where he designed and analyzed ground mount utility-scale trackers and roof-top PV systems. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT. Bharat's technical expertise includes product management, research, and design. He possesses excellent communication and leadership skills and has a proven track record of delivering successful products.
