Bharat Mudumba is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting USI with over 11 years of relevant experience in technology and web development. He is a motivated and proactive professional who is always ready to solve new and exciting challenges. Bharat graduated from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is a technology enthusiast with a keen interest in Java, Web, Mobile, Javascript, Frontend, Selenium, test, and UI. Bharat has worked on four full-length web development projects and is open to all opportunities in Public-Sector, Retail, and Healthcare domains with client interaction, functional/technical designing, and project development. He is currently working as one of the leads in the ‘Eligibility Determination Module,’ which is the heart of the Integrated Eligibility System (IES) solution that runs on Oracle Policy Automation (OPA 10.4v). He was also one of the leads involved in the delivery of the first Mobile HHS services in the US. Apart from leading a team of six, Bharat is actively involved in ROM estimations of the new CRs (Change Requests), scoping and functional discussions with the on-site counterparts regarding the future releases, assignments of the CRs to resources, and working along with the team throughout the delivery cycle of the same. He drafts the development estimates, resource-cost projections, and technical documentation for the development modules. Bharat actively works on development and technical implementations in JAVA (Core JAVA 1.6,1.8 and EJB 3.1), Oracle Policy Automation Rules Engine, and Active MQ. Bharat has previously worked as a Consultant and Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte, where he has led a small team throughout the SDLC for four releases. He was proactively involved in triaging the onsite and offshore team calls to resolve the functional queries throughout the SIT/UAT phases. He was also part of the ‘Go-Live’ team and played a crucial role during the production release, supporting batches execution, environment readiness script development, and execution. Bharat's education history includes a B.TECH degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, and schooling from Little Angels School, Visakhapatnam.
