Bhavya Shah is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a focus on recruiting for engineering teams across levels. With almost a decade of experience, she has worked with fast-growing companies and promising start-ups, helping them build their teams from scratch. Bhavya has a particular expertise in hiring for challenging tech roles in the ecommerce and internet space. Currently, Bhavya is the Managing Talent Acquisition at Increff, where she is responsible for hiring for the tech team and building a world-class team that strives to be the masters in retail tech. She is passionate about recruiting top talent and is always looking for new and innovative ways to attract and retain the best candidates. Prior to joining Increff, Bhavya worked for Navi.com as an RPO from Anzy careers, where she was responsible for the tech hiring. She has also worked as a freelance recruiter, hiring for start-up companies in the ecommerce space. In this role, she hired for roles across levels, from developers to leads, architects, and managers. Bhavya holds a PGDM from ifim business school, where she graduated in 2013.
