Chhawi's professional journey began as a software development intern at Eightfold, where she gained valuable experience in the field. She later went on to intern as a software engineer at Microsoft, where she worked on improving the query search relevance of Outlook Web app. Chhawi analyzed data about different suggestion types while making a query and predicted which suggestions are more likely to be clicked. Chhawi holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. Prior to that, she completed her 12th grade in Science from Uttam School for Girls in India and her 10th grade from Jai Academy School in Jhansi. Chhawi's technical expertise includes software engineering, web development, AI, and search. She is skilled in various programming languages, including Python, Java, and JavaScript.
