Chinmayananda Mohapatra is a seasoned telecom software design and development professional with over 11 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as an R&D Tech Lead in the 5G L2 development team at Nokia Networks. Chinmayananda has extensive experience in requirement analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and integration testing of telecom software, with a deep understanding of the system, modules, and protocols. He has a good understanding of implementing various design patterns and is well-versed in SDLC and Agile development methodologies. Chinmayananda's expertise lies in scheduling algorithms and designs in 5G, cellular IoT with ECGSM, and UMTS middleware, platform, and Layer2 modules. He has also trained internal, cross-functional, and cross-location teams about product features, modules, and tools. Chinmayananda holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from C.V. Raman College of Engineering and completed his +2 in Science from Govt. Junior College Rourkela. His tech stack includes test, research scientist, integration, senior software engineer, and software engineer.
