Chiranjeevi Kommula is a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer with over 11 years of industry experience in ServiceNow and Netcool suite. He possesses strong scripting skills in Perl, Shell, Powershell, Python, and CGI, along with monitoring and analytics tools. Chiranjeevi is also certified in ITIL V3, ServiceNow Admin, ServiceNow Event Management Implementation, ServiceNow Discovery Implementation, ServiceNow Application Developer, and IBM Certifications: OMNIbus7.3.1/7.4, Impact6.1, ITNM3.9, and IBM Support tools.
