Darshan R V is a senior consultant at Infosys with over 9 years of professional experience in projects of Telecom System Integration & Deployment which include Tariff Configuration, troubleshooting, Implementation and installation of Online Charging Systems, Convergent Charging & Billing solutions, VAS and IoT solutions. He has worked as a deployment engineer at Ericsson, where his role included troubleshooting for any faults related to ICP upgrade in case of emergency, coordinating with DU if support is needed, deadline achievement with error-free delivery, translating business requirements into detailed architectures and designs, designing Virtualized Environment as per business logic, working on Network Designing and switch configurations, building of environments from scratch on fresh servers, working on Ansible Playbook script, and configuring storage, network devices and protocols. Darshan has also worked on various projects like ASA, CIP/IP, Feature Activation etc from GNOC side. He is experienced in executing system configuration related changes as per given access rights, configuration management of IN Servers line SDP, CCN, MINSAT, AIR, IVR, EMM and EMA, performing network modification, upgrade & expansion, and supporting various software upgrades. He has also worked on VNF MANO architecture (virtual network functions - management and orchestration) and Cloud Service Archive (CSAR) package creation for TOSCA based deployment. Darshan has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore. His tech stack includes test, Integration, Ansible, and Software Engineer.
