Currently, David works as a Conversational AI Consultant, specializing in integrating virtual assistant platforms with third-party systems. Previously, he served as the Director of Sales Engineering at Kore.ai, where he was responsible for leading the sales engineering team and driving the company's growth. David's experience also includes working as a Lead Sales Engineer at Avaamo, where he provided pre-sales support of Avaamo's conversational AI platform that created virtual assistants or chatbots.
