Deepak Janardhana is a highly accomplished and passionate Senior Technical Program Manager with over 12 years of experience in delivering software and product solutions. Currently, he is driving a cross-organizational software feature integration project across four geographically dispersed teams to deliver next-generation experiences on upcoming product lines at Qualcomm. Deepak has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in his previous roles. He developed and propagated process changes for Intel's new High Velocity Development Model to engage customers on early software validation, reducing the product life cycle from 3 years to 1.5 years. He also received a division recognition award for leading a multi-team task force to resolve critical issues, avoiding product launch delays and saving millions of dollars in expenses for a Tier-1 customer. Deepak has defined processes and managed a new CRM solution for Tier-2/3 OEMs, increasing resource efficiency and reducing average issue throughput to under 25 days from 40+ days. He has also led a task force across geographically dispersed teams resulting in 14 Time to Market designs launching with Intel® 7th Gen CPUs, translating to over $500M in increased revenue. Deepak is actively propagating a BU-wide Salesforce transformation to improve customer support efficiency, saving 800+ man-hours for the group. He has also worked at Motorola as a Software Solutions Program Manager, driving NPI SW solutions across different org-structures within Motorola Solutions, and at ARM as an MBA Consultant, delivering key data metrics and KPIs for future performance analysis of new business transformation programs and customer engagement models called Flexible Access. Deepak holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, where he studied Strategic Thinking, Business Analytics, and Leadership. He also completed an MBA module in Sustainable Management from UBC Sauder School of Business. He holds a Master of Science degree in Embedded Systems (Electronics) from Manipal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University.
