• Conducted research and published the paper 'Event-based fog climatology and typology for cities in Indo-Gangetic plains' in the Journal of Urban Climate, exploring the classification and nature of fog patterns based on climate data analysis. 
• Analysis of real-time weather data(1945-Present) for deriving useful insights about the nature of fog in India using various Data Visualization methods.
• The aim was both to understand the characteristics of fog in India and also using this knowledge to develop a forecasting model of sufficiently high accuracy, to avoid massive economic loss and loss of lives faced by the country in the winter season due to fog. 
• Implemented various ML models to predict fog after 3 hours at any given time, with the accuracy of 95% in the best performing model.
