Dennis Pais is an accomplished engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in building enterprise products in information governance, compliance, data protection & DR, data analytics, and security domains. He has hired and managed teams of over 60 members in enterprise product companies such as CoreObjects, Symantec, VERITAS, and Druva to deliver enterprise products at scale, on-prem, and in AWS. Dennis has delivered two SaaS 1.0 products, Druva CloudEdge and Symantec Cloud Endpoint Security, and has led products with annual revenue of $50+ million. He has also led the Agile transformation of teams into high-performance engineering teams and has led initiatives cross-functionally across engineering, product management, technical support teams, and SEs to expand the capabilities of the product and people. Dennis is passionate about secure products and focuses on pen tests, vulnerability scans, security code analysis tools, risk assessments, security audits, and fixing vulnerabilities based on CVSS scores as well as tracking third-party risk levels.
