Devender Jhinkwan is a highly skilled Program Manager with over 12 years of experience in the field of Intelligent Automation. Currently employed at Xiaomi, he is responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of automation projects. Devender has a proven track record of delivering successful projects in various domains, including Supply Chain, Analytics, and Robotics Process Automation. Prior to joining Xiaomi, Devender worked as a Senior Consultant at EY, where he led the RPA initiatives to automate manual tasks in the supply chain domain using Blue Prism automation tool. He successfully managed the implementation of Fusion Transport Intelligence (FTI) for Asia, Africa, and Russia regions and conceptualized and designed a secondary Transportation Management tool for shipment planning as part of BCP. Devender also improved monthly reporting of Bulk Plan KPIs by performing statistical analysis to identify and remove outliers. He designed key reports and dashboards in Power BI and used R to enhance the project management reporting standards. Devender also worked as a Business Consultant at Gyansys Inc., where he was responsible for managing the supply chain execution suite of solutions in SAP. He successfully led and implemented the SAP Warehouse Management solution for Del Monte using ASAP methodology. He worked on a business proposal for SAP implementation in the Supply Chain Management domain for multiple clients in India and the USA and was involved in business development for a multi-million dollar SAP support project for a leading pharmaceutical company. Devender holds an MBA in Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He has been recognized for his exceptional client engagement and has been awarded all three key major awards at EY - Excellerator, Spotlight, and Kudos.
