Devinder Gupta is an engineering leader with over 12 years of experience in developing enterprise and consumer products and distributed systems following agile principles and SAFe methodologies. He is a quick learner, data-driven, self-motivated, and possesses great problem-solving skills. Devinder is experienced in delivering cloud and on-prem solutions, building high-performing teams that are motivated and customer-focused, and collaborating with product and business management teams to prepare roadmaps for the product. Currently, Devinder is working as an Engineering Leader at Flipkart, where he leads engineering for Cart and Checkout services for Flipkart, Grocery, Hyperlocal (Quick), and Shopsy lines of business for one of the largest e-commerce players in India. Prior to this, he worked as an Engineering Manager 2 at Citrix, where he led the workflows track which comprised of 2 product lines - RightSignature and Feedback & Approval. He drove the roadmap and execution of the Workflows program area as part of the Content Collaboration engineering team. Devinder also worked as a Software Engineer at Sonus, where he developed/maintained the product called ASX and worked on protocols like SIP, H248. Devinder holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from IIIT Hyderabad. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in various tech stacks such as Backend, iOS, DevOps, Objective-c, AWS, P2P, Web, Ruby, New Relic, AI, CI/CD, Redis, Data Scientist, MySQL, Jenkins, Postgres, Integration, Mobile, UI, Infra, Swift, and Android. Devinder has a proven ability to solve problems and develop innovative solutions. He has a forte in execution and continuous delivery and is passionate about building high-performing teams that are motivated and customer-focused.
