Dhanashree Raaj is an accomplished HR professional with almost two decades of experience in Organization Development, Employee Value Proposition, Recruitment, General HR Management, Performance Management and HR operations. She is currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of People, Culture, DEI, Talent Strategy & Corporate Communication at iifl samasta finance limited. Dhanashree is an energetic and enthusiastic person by nature, with a demonstrated proficiency in designing and delivering to the needs of the business in a dynamic environment. She has served as a strategic partner to the business, combining elements of change management, employee hiring, retention and talent management. She is also a key driver of Special HR Development projects and Corporate Communication. Dhanashree holds a Masters Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies - Pune, India, where she was a distinction holder throughout. In her current role at iifl samasta finance limited, Dhanashree is responsible for heading Organisation Development and Corporate Communication, providing guidance, interpretation of policies, investigating matters and making recommendations for the resolution of high-risk and complex employee issues related to investigations, performance management and organization restructure or job changes. She is also a strategic business partner, catalyst and facilitator for the translation of business strategies into people strategies, influencing the thought process and actions of the Top Management Team and the next level business leaders. Additionally, Dhanashree is a POSH Counsellor and ICC Member, counseling employees on POSH and conducting Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) training across the organization to create awareness about the organization's Prevention of Sexual Harassment policy. Prior to her current role, Dhanashree served as an Assistant General Manager at iifl samasta finance limited, where she was responsible for HR technical areas such as talent management, total compensation, organization design, etc. She also designed and implemented HR solutions to achieve business success and enhance organizational capability. Dhanashree has also worked as an Independent Consultant.
