Dhaval Patel is a highly experienced DevOps engineer with over 10 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. He currently works as a Technical Lead (DevOps) at Valtech, where he manages production, UAT, DevTest, and CI environments. He is responsible for build and release management through Jenkins Pipeline and supports and manages SAP Hybris B2B eCommerce application on on-prem and SAP Commerce Cloud. Additionally, he manages Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack for monitoring and Dynatrace as APM and maintains detailed documentation (confluence). He uses Jira and ServiceNow as ticketing tools. Before joining Valtech, Dhaval worked as a Senior Software Engineer (DevOps) at the same company, where he supported production, staging, qa and dev environments. He monitored services through Nagios, zabbix and datadog, and configured management on Amazon Web Services. He also configured and managed apps like Apache, Nagios, zabbix, etc., and maintained detailed documentation (confluence). He used a ticketing system and workflow to assign tasks, target dates, and requirements. Dhaval's past experience also includes working as a System Engineer at Addsun Technology, where he worked on Microsoft and Linux platforms. He installed and configured various servers, including Active Directory domain controllers, DNS Server, DHCP Server, and Exchange Servers. He also managed and implemented security through group policy and registry restriction, and configured RAID in Linux Server. Dhaval holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU). He also has a strong technical skill set that includes DevOps, Senior Software Engineering, product management, Jenkins, Puppet, Web, QA, SQL, ML, and MySQL.
