Dhaval also worked with the core team and Microsoft team for escalation issue to resolving in a timely manner and maintained Active Directory services 2013 and Exchange O365. In addition, Dhaval has experience working as a System Administrator at Surya Data Management & Network Technologies Pvt Ltd – Bangalore, where he resolved issues related to windows, servers, and network connectivity, as well as problems associated with different types of software. He was responsible for administrating and troubleshooting windows server, creating and managing user accounts, giving share and security level permissions, installing software applications, hardware peripheral devices, updating software and hardware drivers as needed, and upgrading computers.
