Dhruv Suri is an HR leader with over 13 years of experience working in various industries including banks, media, and gaming companies. In his past roles, Dhruv has gained expertise in leading teams in talent acquisition, HR systems (Workday), HR compliance, and HR shared services (including payroll). He has worked towards creating initiatives and programs that are aligned with the organization's strategy and are relevant to the operating model, market, and employees. Dhruv has also worked as an Associate and AVP - Rewards at Deutsche Bank, where he worked closely with leaders and colleagues in India, the US, UKI, and Manila to design and execute total rewards strategies. This included successful annual appraisals and bonus cycles, tax-saving schemes, and alignment of benefits between the front office and the back office. He ensured that the organization stays relevant with its offerings and partnered with HR business partners and talent acquisition teams to address business needs and support these teams in their hire to retire practices. Dhruv's educational background includes a PGDPMIR in HR from XLRI and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Kurukshetra University. He also attended Ryan International School.
