Dilip R.S. is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently the Country Manager for Alexa Skills, Voice Service, and Mobile at Amazon. In this role, Dilip is responsible for developing and delivering voice experiences for Indian Alexa customers. He drives partnerships with brands to provide natural voice experiences on Alexa and integrates Alexa with external devices such as speakers, PC, STB, and TV. Dilip also builds and grows the Alexa developer and SI/ODM ecosystem in India and markets to enable discovery and customer engagement of skills. Additionally, he is responsible for developing the Smart Home business in India. Prior to his current role, Dilip served as the Country Manager for India, Alexa Skills (ASK) at Amazon. In this position, he was responsible for developing great voice experiences for Indian Alexa customers and driving partnerships with brands to provide natural voice experiences on Alexa. Dilip also built and grew the Alexa developer ecosystem in India and marketed to enable discovery and customer engagement of skills. Before joining the Alexa team, Dilip was a Senior Manager for Marketing, BD, and Product Management at Amazon. In this role, he managed four businesses in Amazon.in's Consumer Marketing team, including Amazon Associates (affiliate marketing) program, marketing partnerships, deals, and events. Dilip holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He also completed his 12th grade from National Public School. Dilip's technical expertise includes mobile and product management.
