Dilip is a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with a passion for efficient, scalable, and stable solutions. With over 9 years of experience working with a wide range of technologies, Dilip is always eager to explore, encounter, and solve new and interesting problems. He is a Blockchain Dev, ML, Synthetic Biology & CRISPR CAS9 enthusiast, and a graduate of the prestigious Startup School by Y Combinator. Currently, Dilip is the Head of Engineering at pden, a decentralized social networking app that promotes mindfulness and civility in online conversations. In this role, he is responsible for leading the engineering team and ensuring the development of efficient and stable solutions. Dilip has also worked as the Head of Engineering at lytyfy, where he built the engineering team from scratch, recruited and managed contractors, and personally built a significant part of the core platform of the product stack. Dilip's education background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Raipur, where he studied from 2010-2014. He also has a background in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry, having completed his HSC from Krishna Public School in 2008 and his SSC from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2006.
