Dilleswari Kuncham is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 9 years of experience in designing and developing applications. Currently, she is working as a Lead Software Engineer at FactSet, where she is responsible for leading and mentoring engineers. She has a proven track record of working with product and management teams to understand business and organizational goals and translate them into engineering goals. Dilleswari has worked extensively on AngularJS, Backend, Web, and Javascript. She has also migrated Angular 1.5 applications to Vue applications. Her experience in working with a 10+ years old codebase has helped her understand the codebase better and fasten the project development. She has mentored other team members with her project knowledge and has become a go-to person in her team for any product knowledge or technical issues.
