Dinesh's journey into Talent Acquisition started with a job offer from a friend after being jobless for a few months. He started going into the office like an alien, but he saw the challenge of developing expertise in Talent Acquisition as a hidden opportunity. He got trained under Ravindran, who taught him the principle of transforming oneself with everything one does, leading him to recreate his new updated versions at every stage of his life. Before joining Sprinto, Dinesh worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Hyno™, where he helped companies hire the finest tech talent swiftly. He led a team of 25 top engineers who had worked in multiple startups and had exposure to various technologies and domains. He also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at WashApp, an online laundry and dry cleaning service. Dinesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Vishwa Mahavidyalaya, Kancheepuram. He is an eternal learner who has attended many webinars and workshops to learn new skills and stay updated with the latest trends in Talent Acquisition.
