He has a strong track record of building and scaling high-performance engineering teams, having led large teams of 100+ engineers and delivered challenging efforts. Dinesh is a people-centric leader who is passionate about making things happen and creating an impact. Dinesh is adept in Scrum/Kanban-based agile development and has extensive experience in interacting with customers, understanding their needs and pain points, and participating in POCs. He has a demonstrated ability to take new products from concept to delivery, with proven experience in building and architecting distributed systems with a strong focus on Cloud, Big Data, and AWS. As the VP Engineering & India site lead at Alteryx, Dinesh is responsible for building and scaling engineering teams and leading the development of software products. Alteryx acquired Trifacta, where Dinesh was the VP Engineering (Worldwide Head) & India site lead. Trifacta delivers an intelligent, collaborative, and self-service data engineering cloud platform to transform data, ensure quality, and automate data pipelines, enabling consumable data at any scale. Prior to this, Dinesh was the Senior Director & India site lead at Trifacta. Dinesh has a strong background in computer science, having completed his B.Tech from IIT Delhi. He is a senior software engineer with expertise in AWS and data engineering. He has also mentored and groomed engineers to step up to leadership and management roles.
