Dinkar has held various leadership positions with global organizations in outsourcing (KPO), shared services, SaaS, PaaS, and manufacturing from hi-tech, telecom, mobility, automotive, retail, and manufacturing industries. He has managed global clients such as HP, Dell, Toshiba, Xerox, IBM, Avaya, VeriFone, Best Buy, Flex, Jabil, iQor, GE, Cummins, among others. Dinkar has deep domain expertise in supply chain management, focusing on order to cash, demand planning, sales and operations planning, procurement, logistics, and aftermarket service verticals. Through strategic initiatives and innovative analytical solutions, he has transformed businesses to bring significant improvement in supply chain cost, efficiency, and delivery performance, achieving savings over USD $350 million and significant improvements in inventory, cash flow, order fill rate, forecast accuracy, supplier performance, spend, and CSAT. Dinkar is a distinguished Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML) alumni, holding a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University. He is an effective orator and regularly delivers public speeches at various educational, industrial, and client forums.
