He is currently working as the Manager of Strategy and Special Projects at Bounce, a hyper-growth start-up that is revolutionizing micro-mobility. Dipesh is responsible for driving growth strategy, cost optimization, strategic alliances, and partnerships for building Kirana eco-system for shared operations and ownership. He is also leading the program management for launching and scaling P2P marketplace model for two-wheeler rentals. Before joining Bounce, Dipesh worked at KPMG as a Manager of Management Consulting and a Senior Consultant of Strategy and Operations. At KPMG, he worked on various high-profile projects, including e-commerce strategy, growth strategy, financial modeling, turnaround strategy, and operating model design for leading healthcare PSU, infant apparel manufacturer and exporter, and diversified e-commerce player aiming to enter the assisted e-commerce space. Dipesh holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Management Development Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology. He also attended Rukmini Devi Public School. Dipesh is well-versed in P2P and mobile technologies, which he leverages to drive growth and innovation in his current role.
