Div has experience in leading and growing various units of a business, including company strategy, people management, client engagements and business development, project deliveries, and operations. He specializes in scaling tech teams and has achieved major accomplishments in his career, including successful exits from companies in the big data and ML domain, building and growing agile Scrum teams from 0 to 80 employees in only 3 years, P&L responsibility of up to $3 million, and co-founding a company where they built an E2E product from concept to launch in 18 months. Div is a firm believer in humanity and nature and enjoys traveling and meeting awesome people across the globe when he is not busy doing something amazing at work. He is currently the Head of Professional Services at Fractal, where he leads the team responsible for ensuring smooth deliveries and providing constant support to clients. Fractal is a conversational AI and chatbot solutions company that has implemented over 120 enterprise-grade bots for 50+ large organizations across Asia, Europe, North America, and Australia. Div's key responsibilities include timely implementation, proposal creation, handling escalation, account mining, and supporting sales. He has over 20 active clients, most of whom are very large global organizations like Bosch, PWC, CMS, Govt. of India Initiatives, SBI Cards, HDFC, Muthoot, Upgreat, Axis Bank, and more. Before joining Fractal, Div was the Chief Operating Officer, Board Member, and Co-Founder of Zerogons, an AI and ML solutions company. He was responsible for developing quarterly business plans to evaluate cost projections, refining the organizational structure, establishing policies to promote company culture and vision, managing company finances and operations, leading the company acquisition, participating and deciding on design discussions, feature creation for the product, product management, and team management. He has also co-founded and served as a Board Member of Exadatum, where he was instrumental in taking the company among the top 25 most sought-after companies in 2018 (awarded by LinkedIn).
