Divik Bansal is a seasoned Principal Blockchain Consultant with over 22 years of relevant experience. Currently, he works at Infosys, where he advises senior executives on how blockchain technology can be applied to specific business units and how it can disrupt public or private sector organizations. He is responsible for evaluating corporate strategy and assessing the potential applicability and business impact of blockchain. Divik has a proven track record of developing point of views, responding to RFPs, presenting case studies in forums, and leading roadshows to demonstrate the potential of blockchain technology. He is also adept at defining use cases and driving implementation on permissioned Blockchain. Divik has filed disclosures on Blockchain Assurance Methods and developed Blockchain Assessment Framework, Estimation Model, and Monetization Model. Before joining Infosys, Divik worked at IBM as an Advisory Blockchain Consultant, where he drove use case implementation on permissioned Blockchain and deployed business networks on Hyperledger fabric by exercising smart contracts on endorsing and submitter (client) nodes to achieve consensus via orderers. He also developed blockchain use cases, conducted proof of concepts, provided proposals on how blockchain can be best used strategically within clients' organizations, and delivered end-to-end programs. Divik's past experience also includes serving as a Transformation Leader - Agile & DevOps at IBM, where he drove global delivery transformation within existing engagements and led the future state definition, design, and delivery using Cognitive accelerators for COE. Divik holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Barkatullah University and completed his MP Board from All Saint's School, where he studied Mathematics and Computer Science. He is skilled in Blockchain, Smart Contract, Integration, and DevOps.
