Divya Dhangar is a Program Manager at Teach For India, a non-profit organization that aims to provide quality education to children from under-resourced communities. Growing up in an Akanksha and Teach For India classroom, Divya gained exposure to the outside world and developed the confidence to serve her community. Today, as a Teach For India Fellow in a low-income private school in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Divya is committed to building student leaders from the communities she comes from. Divya's vision for the children of India is to create leaders who can be the change for themselves and others. She believes that true change comes from the grassroots level, where children from under-resourced communities can become leaders by receiving an excellent education and love that they deserve. With over 1 year of relevant experience, Divya has worked as a Program Manager and Curriculum Designer at Teach For India. She has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in Costs and Works Accounting, from MES Garware College of Commerce. Divya's expertise lies in designing and implementing innovative programs that empower children from marginalized communities. She is a skilled designer and has a strong passion for education. Her dedication to building student leaders and creating positive change in society is truly inspiring.
