Divya Hindupur is a Machine Learning Engineer at Adobe, where she is responsible for growing the Document Cloud business with the help of Machine Learning. With over 6 years of relevant experience, Divya has worked with Walmart as a Senior Data and Applied Scientist, where she improved long term demand forecast accuracy for Walmart products using Machine learning (boosting, CNN). She also built a Regression based pricing model to forecast for price sensitive items. In her role as a Data and Applied Scientist at Walmart, Divya built an unsupervised classification model for identifying items that are popular during National events (Thanksgiving, July 4th, etc.) using GAM and Naive Bayes. She also maintained/supported models responsible for forecasting demand for low velocity items. Divya holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Science and Engineering from IIT. She completed her Higher Secondary education from Narayana Junior College, Hyderabad, and her Matriculation from St. Joseph's Convent School. Her tech stack includes ML, Research Scientist, CNN, and Naive Bayes. With her experience and education, Divya has developed a strong skill set in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Research.
