Diwakar Chari is a Goal-Oriented Senior Service Reliability Operator (SRO) with 10 years of IT experience in the industry. He is presently working as a Senior Service Reliability Operator (SRO) at Oracle India Hyderabad. Diwakar has hands-on experience in Release Management, CI/CD Lifecyle process, Application deployment, and ITIL Process. He is an expert in Oracle Clouds SaaS Operations and has worked extensively on automation tools for a better quality environment. Currently, Diwakar is working at NTT Data as an Application Management Specialist. His responsibilities include mapping requirements, conducting gap-analysis, providing best solutions to clients, evaluating and defining the scope of projects, and finalizing project requirements. He is also working on Adobe Live stream projects based on the Tomcat product and designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. In the past, Diwakar worked at Oracle as a Sr. Service Reliability Operator (SRO) and System Administrator. He managed Application Deployment, Release Management, and Change Management and was experienced in SAAS Applications in Cloud Infrastructures like Oracle Cloud (OCI). He has experience in working with CI/CD tools like TeamCity and has hands-on experience in Design, build and deploy internal applications to support our technology life cycle. Diwakar also implemented and maintained Three SAAS projects Eloqua(B2B), Responsys (B2C), and CX Audience hosted on Windows and Linux infrastructures. Diwakar has a B-Tech degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering. He has expertise in CI/CD, AWS, DevOps, infra, SQL, Software Engineer, test, Integration, Web, MySQL, and MSSQL.
