Diwakar Devupalli is a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer with over 4 years of experience in Data Science. He has a strong ability to develop advanced insights into a particular business aspect and is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Customer-Centric Solutions using OCR and Computer Vision for Document Extraction and Terminal Operations. Currently working at atai, Diwakar is involved in the development of various Yard Management modules which facilitates the user to Plan, Strategy, Manage, and Execute the Yard Operations efficiently. He is also responsible for deploying and maintaining ML pipelines in production reliably and monitoring model performance and handling fall back options/scenarios. In addition, he has experience in Process Automation, PPE Detection, and Simulation and has worked on designing and deploying business independent Time Series Forecasting Web Platform for one of the world’s largest healthcare companies. Diwakar has previously worked at Curl Analytics and Capgemini, where he was responsible for the development of a smart OCR based solution tailored for trade finance firms, end to end development of the Back Test Framework for Algorithmic Trading, and supporting Theatrical and Non-Theatrical Movie Distribution ERP system - Movie Accounting System International (MACCS). Diwakar holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, and a Post Graduation in Business Analytics from Praxis Business School. He also has experience in AI, Computer Vision, ML, Deep Learning, SQL, and Web development. With relevant experience of 8.02 years, Diwakar is a spirited techie who may not know everything but knows where to look and find, for making things work.
