Dr. Chetna Singhal is an accomplished Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, with over 12 years of experience in technical research in communication networks and systems. Her expertise lies in the areas of wireless networks, multimedia broadcast, and adaptive multimedia transmission. Currently, Dr. Singhal is a visiting (collaborative) researcher at Northeastern University, where she is working with the Department of Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering (E&ECE) on cutting-edge research projects. Prior to this, she served as a visiting (collaborative) researcher at Politecnico di Torino, where she worked on adaptive multimedia transmission and collaborated with researchers at DCU. Dr. Singhal has also worked as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, where she was involved in collaborative research projects. Her extensive education background includes a Ph.D. in Communication Networks, Wireless Networks, and Multimedia Broadcast from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, a Master's Degree in M.Tech. Computer Technology from the same institute, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from the Army Institute of Technology, University of Pune.
