Dr. Garv Modwel is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in software delivery, operation, and management. He is currently the Group Leader for CNHI, where he heads the Advance Technology and Innovation department. Dr. Modwel has a Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering and has worked with various multinational companies across the globe. Dr. Modwel's expertise lies in digital transformation, user research, product growth strategy, and setting up cost centers/startups from scratch. He has extensive international exposure, having worked in countries like the United States, Europe, Japan, Korea, Arab, and Africa. Dr. Modwel is also proficient in tech and strategy consulting and has managed clients end-to-end from proposal to delivery. As a leader, Dr. Modwel has experience in building teams from scratch and managing large team sizes of 500+. He is skilled in project management, scaling teams, and sustaining growth and talent. Dr. Modwel has the ability to craft strategies and ensure the implementation of company directives. He is also adept at delivery management, budget management, skill management, risk management, and stakeholder management. Dr. Modwel's technical expertise includes embedded systems, automotive, Android and web development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, consumer electronics, and multimedia. He is proficient in C, C++, Linux, RTOS, Java, Python, Android, iOS development, UX concepts, mobile app development, web design and development, Javascript, PHP, HTML, and CSS. Previously, Dr. Modwel has worked with companies like Valeo and Magneti Marelli, where he held leadership positions and was responsible for managing software development, hardware development, and QA teams. He has experience in dealing and negotiating with external clients and has managed accounts up to 15 Million Euros. Dr. Modwel holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Amity University and has completed an Advanced Program in Leadership for Business Excellence from IIM. He also holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra.
