As Practice Head for UX, Technology, and Testing at genpact, Dwarak provides comprehensive lifecycle advisory, business model transformation, customer/client experience, and digital transformation for customers across various domains. He has a strong client orientation and is adept at building partnerships towards growth data, large-scale enterprise implementation, and architecting the right scalable solution. He has also taken initiatives in pre-sales, enterprise solutions, pricing, architecture and design, customer engagement, delivery, innovative solutions, digital assets, and digital strategy. Dwarak's past experience includes being Practice Head at genpact, where he was responsible for building technology competency on Enterprise Mobility, Cloud Services, Application Services, and AI solutions. He has also worked as a Project Leader at Trianz, where he managed the Mobile & Telecom team and executed successful projects such as LBS Application on Smartphone(s) and Pocket PC(s), Mobile TV Application on Brew Platform and WM platform, and Voice Recognition application on Windows Mobile for Motorola Q phones. Dwarak holds an MCA degree from Madurai Kamaraj University, with a specialization in Applications, Middleware, Database, and Compilers. He is well-versed in a range of technologies such as AI, Mobile, Senior Software Engineering, QA, and Web, and has relevant experience of 23.70 years.
