Ekansh Garg is a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner with over 8 years of experience in the field. He currently works with Reliance Industries Limited and is responsible for managing the HR processes and policies for employees located at different manufacturing sites of the company. His job involves effective communication, resolving employee queries, deploying employee engagement activities and surveys, yearly performance appraisals, and implementing employee connect initiatives like Annual Talent Reviews, rewards, and recognition. He also handles the deployment of manpower after completion of projects. Before his current role, Ekansh was a part of the Corporate HR team at Reliance Industries Limited, where he worked on new strategic HR initiatives for employees of Reliance Hydrocarbons. He worked with a team of 50 employees and was responsible for identifying new areas for development and better experience of employees of Reliance. He also worked on various projects like HR Operational center, which defined a whole new way of working for different HR functions, designing and monitoring KPIs for all HR functions. Ekansh holds an MBA in Human Resource Development from Delhi School of Economics and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from YMCA. He has also developed expertise in Integration and UI. In his previous roles at Reliance Industries Limited, he worked as an HR Analyst, where he developed and designed HR functional architecture for HR platform for better employee experience, identified areas of improvement for HR function, defined KPIs for HR functions, and designed UI/UX of KPI dashboard. He also worked as a Manager, where he was responsible for erection and commissioning of POY/FDY plant and later as a maintenance electrical engineer. Ekansh is a proactive and result-oriented professional who is passionate about driving positive change in the HR function. He is a strategic thinker who can identify areas of improvement and implement solutions that drive business growth and employee satisfaction.
