Eshant Mahale is an experienced Product and Data Analyst with a passion for finance. He has worked on various industry-level and individual projects relating to Data Science and Finance, and has expertise in Python, SQL, R, C++, Tableau, VBA, Advanced Excel, and Machine Learning Algorithms. Eshant is currently working as a Product Analyst at Examarly, a score improvement platform that assists UPSC aspirants by providing personalized study plans and effective revision schedules. As a part of the core product team at Examarly, Eshant conducted product research, documentation, and metric analysis, and prepared dashboards for the same. He also assisted the end-to-end product journey of the "Group Study" feature launch, which increased the overall engagement of the app by 35% within three weeks of launch. Additionally, Eshant set up cohort users on Mixpanel & MoEngage for respective push-up notifications for the Mobile Application. Prior to Examarly, Eshant worked as a Summer Intern at Aditya Birla Insulators Ltd., where he determined the maximum production capacity and identified optimum methods and operations to make the plant most profitable. He also worked as a Data Analyst at Heart it Out, where he made dashboards for Daily KPI and other day-to-day business activities, analyzed and formulated plans for better reach and output, managed the database, and migrated all the data from their primitive database to PostgreSQL AWS. Eshant also automated the data collection and visualization process using python and automation software. Eshant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus, and a Minor in Finance. He is also the Head of Media & PR at BITSMUN Goa. Eshant's tech stack includes SQL, Python, AWS, Frontend, and more.
