G Roshan Lal is a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for exploring the closely related fields of Statistics, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Computer Graphics. With over 4 years of experience, he has worked on a variety of research and development projects aimed at understanding and improving the performance of deep neural networks and building intelligent systems using machine learning models. Currently, G Roshan Lal works as a Satellite Engineer at Pratham, IIT Bombay Student Satellite, where he has contributed to the design and analysis of on-board computer subsystems of the student satellite. He has also worked on SPI and I2C protocols in hardware, making significant contributions to the project's success. In the past, G Roshan Lal has worked as a Research and Development Intern at Sony, where he worked on a wearable technology to estimate the state of wakefulness of a person by using methods of signal processing and machine learning. He has also served as a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where he taught Signals and Systems, Data Analysis and Interpretation, and Complex Analysis.
