Gagan Kumar is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer in Site Reliability Engineering at Google with over 4 years of experience in the field. He has a strong background in computer science and engineering, having completed his Engineer's Degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Patna. Gagan has participated in several programming competitions, including Facebook HackerCup, Google Code Jam, Microsoft Build The Shield, and has been to Onsite finals of Amazon CodeWizard, TCS Codevita Global Finale, ACM ICPC Regionals, HackForIndia Hackthon. He has also made significant contributions to OpenSource Organizations like BuildmLearn, Boost C++ Libraries, and Systers. During his internships, Gagan worked on QoS feature and forwarding planes under Internship Projects in Arista Networks and improved the Crawler Framework in Serendio Software Ltd. He has also organized competitive programming and hacking competitions and has worked as the Coordinator for College Fest and Coding Club at IIT Patna. Currently, he is mentoring 6 students under Student Mentorship Programme. Gagan's technical expertise includes SRE, Software Engineering, C, P2P, Android, Backend, Neural Networks, PHP, SQL, Web, Decentralized, NoSQL, and more.
