Gagan Ujjini Mallikarjuna is a recent graduate with a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is currently seeking full-time Software Engineer/Software Developer positions starting in January 2023. Gagan is a passionate Software Developer with 5.35 years of relevant experience in the field of Software Engineering. Gagan has worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Copart, where he updated Title, Description, and headers on the Vehicle-Finder, Sales-List, and Watch-List pages of copart.com for better SEO. He also added a few functionalities using Angular, Javascript, and Java. During his studies at UTA, he worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Programming Languages course (CSE 3302/5307) and graded exams and assignments for a class of 50+ students. Before coming to the United States, Gagan worked as an Associate Software Engineer for a startup called Deepcompute in Bangalore, India, where he built multiple user-interfaces using jQuery datatables to view the utilization of Hetzner and OVH cloud servers and to keep track of data crawled along with filtering the data based on multiple search criteria. As a Software Engineer, Gagan aspires to be part of a team that designs and handles a massive scale of data using some of the most efficient algorithms and systems to ensure the safety of the customers. He is looking for an environment where he could contribute, gain knowledge, and eventually make this world a better place to live in. Gagan is proficient in Javascript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Angular, Node.js, Github, Git, Computer Science, HTML, CSS, MYSQL, SQL, Innovation, Communication, Collaboration, Amazon Web Services, Azure, Cloud Computing, and Web Development. Apart from his work, Gagan enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring new places. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and completed his Pre-University College from Hymamshu Jyothi Kala Peetha Composite PU College. Gagan is open to relocation and is excited to start his career as a Software Engineer/Software Developer.
