Ganesh B S is a certified SAFe Agilist, Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Master, and Product Owner Professional with over 15 years of experience in Agile coaching and methodologies, SCRUM, XP, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, Hybrid Agile models, Project and Product Management, Business Analysis, and Enterprise Applications. He is currently working as a Technical Program Manager at Rubrik, Inc. where he is responsible for managing technical programs and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Ganesh has worked at various companies, including Trigent Software Inc and Dell, where he held the positions of Senior Scrum Master and Product Owner, respectively. At Trigent Software Inc, he worked as an SAFe Scrum Master/Project Manager at Rubrik India Pvt. Limited, where he was responsible for gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and implementing them using Salesforce, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, JQL. He also worked on a web application called SentryAI, which uses machine learning to analyze and predict product performance across all customer installations. At Dell, he was responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, applying design thinking process to innovate the product, and coordinating with multiple business functions for Dell Commerce and Enterprise applications. Ganesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dayananda Sagar University and a Post Graduate Masters Program in Cloud Computing from Caltech CTME. He has relevant experience of 19.46 years and is an excellent communicator who can clearly articulate highly technical and complex scenarios in language accessible to multiple audiences at different levels ranging from purely technical to senior-level management.
