Ganesh Lande is a highly experienced Director of Software Engineering with over 20 years of diversified experience in Product Development and People Management. He currently holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at Roche Information Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. and is responsible for managing the India site and business. Ganesh is a high-impact leader who has spearheaded the Cloud Development journey of the offshore team to develop cloud-native products. He is an expert in Agile Development and has worked as a Scrum Master for 3 years in Scaled Agile Framework. He is also a certified SAFe® 5 Agilist.Ganesh is a strategic leader with experience of recruiting 120+ talented and diversified individuals including Cloud Development skillset.
