Ganesh Thulasiraman is a data-driven global engineering leader with over 17 years of experience in leading architecture, design, development, and operations of enterprise-scale web delivery platforms, products, and services. He has a proven track record of success in high-performance and high-availability enterprise and SaaS/PaaS environments that support millions of users and thousands of customers and partners. Ganesh has an Advanced Project Management certificate from Stanford University and is a strong information technology professional with a passion for building, mentoring, and retaining global teams for customer success. Currently, he is the Director of Application Development at ServiceNow, where he manages the Global Architecture, Global DevOps teams, and Application Development Teams for Americas in building and supporting scalable solutions for various business and engineering organizations. He is leading the IL4/IL5 and regulated markets initiatives for HI Engineering and has transitioned the Operations team into a DevOps team, improving team efficiency by 60%. Ganesh is also a key member of the NowOnNow initiative to improve customer experience in adopting Platform features and managing several innovations for scalability and rapid platform adoption. Prior to ServiceNow, Ganesh worked as a Senior Manager of MOS Engineering at Oracle, where he was responsible for architecting, solution, design, development, and deployments in CRM, BPEL, Oracle AQ, UMS, ERP, and Custom Enterprise Applications. He managed globally distributed development teams and specialized in the analysis and design of Enterprise Sales & Support applications. Ganesh also managed Oracle's largest data migration project involving 4 million Tickets, 600 Million activities, 1.5 billion activity note from eight different sources using Siebel EIM. Ganesh has a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Anna University, a Software Project Management Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension, and a Stanford Advanced Project Management certificate from Stanford University. His tech stack includes DevOps, ML, Integration, Web, infra, qa, product manager, and Senior Software Engineer.
