Gaurav Gilalkar is an experienced Audio Engineer with over 3 years of experience in the field. He has a PG Diploma in Data Science and is skilled in C, C++, and Python. Currently working as an Engineer at Qualcomm, Gaurav is responsible for use case development, testing, and integration, and has developed dynamic calibration drivers in C++ for audio modules in Windows on Snapdragon processors. He has also developed CAPI modules in C as part of the Ultrasound Proximity Detection Framework. In his previous role as an Associate Engineer at Qualcomm, Gaurav improved the Qualcomm ADSP platform by resolving numerous customer issues and debugging ADSP code. He collaborated with ISVs and cross-functional teams for chipset and custom use case bring-up and trained ISVs on the correct usage of the Qualcomm ADSP platform. He also created documentation for the Ultrasound Proximity Detection Framework and custom module integration procedures for SPF. Prior to Qualcomm, Gaurav worked as a Software Engineer at Cybage where he underwent Full Stack Development training and created websites as part of training projects. Gaurav holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Data Science from IIIT Bangalore and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Government Engineering College, Amravati. He also has a background in Computer Science and has completed JEE Mains preparation from iCAD School of Learning.
