Gaurav Gupta is a seasoned technology leader with over 16 years of experience in digital transformation journeys by implementing technology products and solutions. He is an entrepreneur with a passion for building strong partnerships and helping people succeed across startups as well as Fortune 100 companies. Gaurav has a good mix of product development, sales, and business acumen, and is known for cultivating a bias for action and data-driven decision making. Currently, Gaurav is the co-founder of Brenolabs, a company that is revolutionizing software product development with a value delivery approach. Brenolabs specializes in blending business insight with technology prowess to deliver value to its customers. Gaurav's vision is to help his partners scale-up their technology operation and harness the technology power for better businesses. In his previous roles, Gaurav has worked as the Chief Technology Officer at FSJ Solutions IVS and as Vice President at Nineleaps. At Nineleaps, he participated in the development of more than 100 products during his tenure and scaled the company to a team of 350+ technologists to help clients conceptualize and execute digital transformation journeys by implementing technology products and solutions. He also headed the business development and marketing (digital and offline) for the company, driving 100% YoY business growth. Nineleaps was ranked as LinkedIn's top 25 hottest startups for two consecutive years in 2018 and 2019. Gaurav holds a PGDM degree in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (now known as DTU). With his expertise in scaling companies by working in a fast-paced, iterative, agile work environment, and vibrant ecosystems, Gaurav has hired and groomed high-performance sales teams capable of delivering 100% YoY growth in revenues.
