Gaurav Singhal is a Senior Product Manager at Paytm Money, with over 11 years of experience in the tech industry, primarily in Edtech. He is passionate about building products that are valuable, usable, and feasible to achieve business goals. Currently, Gaurav is leading the Mutual Fund Product (FinTech) and Paytm Wealth Academy (EdTech) at Paytm. Prior to this, he worked as a Product Manager at Vedantu, where he launched several successful products. He created an inbound flow for students to submit demo requests, which resulted in a 3-4x increase in TOTF and a 1.5-2x increase in CVR compared to general leads. He also converted the existing wave platform into a sales team demo platform, which led to a 2x increase in sales demos. Before his role as a Product Manager, Gaurav was the Head of Quality Assurance at Vedantu, where he built and led a software testing team of 15 members from scratch. He was responsible for end-to-end testing activities in the organization for Web, Mobile app, and webrtec-based audio-video platforms. He also built a 7-member Techsupport team from scratch and made it self-sustainable. Gaurav holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. His tech stack includes product management, testing, QA, Mobile, and Web. With nearly 12 years of relevant experience, Gaurav is an expert in his field and has a proven track record of launching successful products.
