Gaurav started his career as a Management Trainee at miraj group, where he gained valuable experience in production, supply chain strategy, forecasting, and brand audit. He was also involved in devising internal MIS and analyzing existing business operations to identify areas of improvement. During his tenure, Gaurav successfully launched and relaunched several products, reviewed sales analysis, and conducted competitive benchmarking and market intelligence. Prior to joining vcomply, Gaurav was a Member of the Core Committee at placement unit, where he was responsible for organizing career fairs and job placement drives for students. He played a key role in building relationships with potential employers and facilitating the recruitment process. Gaurav holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing System Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from kiit university.
