Gautham Pai is an education entrepreneur, tech coach, corporate L&D consultant, startup advisor, and geek. He is the founder of Jnaapti, a thought leader in helping people learn. Gautham's mission is to help people learn anything starting from anywhere in the shortest time possible. He founded Jnaapti in 2011 with the intention of delivering quality education to the masses. Jnaapti helps people learn anything starting from anywhere through an activity-based model of coaching delivered via a platform called the Virtual Coach. The course is completely customizable according to the skill level of the learners and the skills the organization wants them to acquire. Each learner can take on a distinctive learning path during the program. The whole philosophy behind the Jnaapti approach is that people should be self-reliant when it comes to learning, and the Jnaapti Virtual Coach helps learners build this into their genes. Gautham is an engineer by heart and loves building products. He has worked in organizations large and small and played major roles in end-to-end product development. He has expertise in programming/scripting languages like Java, Python, BASH and Linux scripting, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Golang. He also has experience in architecture/design, cloud and ops, client-side technologies, data stores, and tools/frameworks. Gautham's specialties include the ability to innovate by bridging seemingly disparate entities, ability to jump into a project when things are hazy and bring clarity and deliver on time, ability to train people, programming skills, and ability to grasp new technologies in a short time. Gautham's past companies include Smart Audit, where he was an exec advisor for technology, and Jnaapti, where he was the founder. He has personally trained/coached thousands of professionals from India, Indonesia, Singapore, Nigeria, Poland, Japan, UK, and US on over 50 technologies related to web application engineering in the last 8 years. Gautham's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University, as well as attending Manipal Pre-University College and Madhava Kripa in Manipal. Gautham's relevant experience is 17.36 years, and he is currently an exec advisor for technology, platforms, and learning behavior at Codeverse.
