She has a strong background in product management, CRM, CMS, content management systems, e-commerce, marketplaces, search experience, web search, personalization, customer-centric design, and cross-functional stakeholder management. In her current role, Gayathri leads product management for Salesforce CMS, Experience Cloud, where she is responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution. She has a proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Prior to her current role, Gayathri served as the Director of Product Management at Salesforce and the Manager of Product Management at eBay, where she was responsible for strategic planning, developing and evolving shopping experiences for P&A buyers on both mobile and desktop, working with search and merchandising teams to develop vertical-specific features, and expanding parts compatibility platform to different geos. Gayathri holds an MS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cluny Convent High School.
